Located in Ventura, CA, Strand Products Incorporated is a 100% employee-owned, world leader in the design and manufacture of innovative high-tolerance mechanical wire, stranded cable, and cordage assemblies. Our mission is to advance social and scientific progress through MedTech, aerospace, and other technologies. 

Assemblies utilize stranded and single filar wire from .0004" to .375" in diameter. Materials include Nitinol, Stainless, Tungsten, Elgiloy, Inconel, Vectran, UHMPE, and numerous others. Our assemblies are utilized in medical, aerospace, automotive, defense, and energy industries. In-house capabilities include design, testing, process validation, cleanroom assembly, crimping, swaging, laser & plasma welding, cordage sewing & stitching, passivation, laser marking, barcoding & packaging. 

In our ISO Class 7 & 8 cleanrooms, Strand assembles medical devices, surgical components, and subassemblies where typical devices include suture passers, beating heart stabilizers, oncology sources and more. Certifications held include AS9100, ISO9001, QML-6117, FDA, and ITAR.
